Legal notice
This website belongs to Associació Espai Holístic Ca l’Ignasi, a non-profit association currently being formally registered, based in Fontanilles (Baix Empordà, Girona, Spain). Contact: espaicalignasi@gmail.com. The website provides information about the association, its activities and gatherings, and lets you send enquiries and book places. Texts, logo and photographs belong to the association or are used with permission; they may not be reproduced without prior consent. The association aims to keep information accurate and up to date but may change it without notice. It is not responsible for the content of linked external sites such as Instagram or the map. Nothing in this notice limits the rights granted to users by law.
Privacy
Controller: Associació Espai Holístic Ca l’Ignasi, Fontanilles (Girona). Contact: espaicalignasi@gmail.com. Data we process: in the contact form, name, email, phone (optional), subject and message; for bookings, name, email, phone (optional), chosen gathering and reference; for shop orders, name, email, phone, product, quantity, delivery method, address (if you request shipping) and notes. We also record the language, date and version of this notice accepted, plus an encrypted identifier to prevent form abuse. Purpose and legal basis: answering your enquiry (your consent when sending it) and managing your participation in a gathering (performance of the booking you request), and preparing and delivering your order (performance of the order). We do not send promotional messages or share data with third parties unless legally required. Retention: enquiries, as long as needed to answer them; bookings and orders, until the gathering ends or the order is delivered, plus applicable legal periods. Abuse counters are deleted shortly. Processors: hosting and database technology providers acting on the association’s behalf with appropriate safeguards. Rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to espaicalignasi@gmail.com, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). Please do not include health data in messages.

Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It may only use the technical storage strictly needed for the site and forms to work. To display its typography the site loads Google Fonts; in doing so your browser shares your IP address with Google. Links to Instagram and the map only connect to those services if you click them. If non-essential cookies are added in future, your permission will be requested first, with options to accept, reject or configure.
Bookings, cancellations and participation
Each booking is for one place and is confirmed with a reference. The website does not take online payments; the cost of each gathering is shown on its listing. If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible at espaicalignasi@gmail.com with your reference so someone else can take the place. If the association has to cancel or change a gathering, it will notify you at the email provided. Participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or have accessibility needs, please tell the organizers beforehand. Activities involving minors require consent from their legal guardian.
Participation and wellbeing
Activities are spaces for experience and personal growth; they do not offer diagnoses, treatments or guaranteed outcomes and do not replace medical or psychological care. Before taking part, review each activity’s conditions, qualifications and specific precautions. Consult a qualified professional about health concerns. You may choose not to participate or stop at any time.
